Asst. Engineering Manager to Plan, Organize, manage, and excute tasks of Mechanical to ensure to obtain maximum reliability integrity and availability of equipment and minimize impact of project schedule and performance well as the efficiency of equipment to be improve or operation.
Track the component project schedule (actual/plan) and ensure customer milestone & project target met (on cost, on time, on specification) and report to Engineering Manager.
Manage the design schedules of all new parts and assemblies for new projects during engineering stages. This must be done considering the level of experience of the designers and their current workload and report to Engineering Manager.
Ensure any new mechanical designs required to meet project specific requirements are completed
on time to support the engineering release of the project.
Identify any defects in any new designs required to meet project specific requirements.
Asst. Engineering Manager to control and process improvement initiatives related to the development and release of new assemblies.
Continually push to improve our level of quality in all the active assemblies that can be used in projects. This includes making sure there are no defects that could cause problems with the functionality of the equipment, safety of the user, or rework in the factory during assembly.
Ensure that best design practices i.e. part numbering, use of typical assemblies, etc are properly used by the mechanical designers on their deliverables.
Address all issues from the supplier or the field regarding product functionality. Develop strategies to avoid recurrence of these.
Coordinate with our internal system development group to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in the configurations generated by our product configurator.
Complied the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, Safety, 6S and Mango ERP.
Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (EE, CE, ME).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Computer Engineering (EE, CE, ME).
Manage and ensure new component release in cooperation with development team.

To handover the Installation completion area records are produced, and in charge for the local site access control and security guard arrangement.

Preparation of test documentation, perform and participate to test activities at Functional and or Tester in Charge / Principles tester level.
Prepare Test & Commissioning plans, Report nonconformities and test logs to the team.
Ensuring that construction standards with regards to safety, reliability and quality are maintained in accordance with client objectives.
Verification of the consistency of the Method Statement with its input documents.
In charged for developing all the relevant testing documents for released submission, scheduling and performing all the site test activities of their own subsystems work package, and reporting daily work progress.
Complied the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, Safety, 6S and Mango ERP.

Ensure all installation supervisors and workers follow the customer process.
